¢º Special Feature 

 

¡Ü Operates mechanically independent from any external power sources
¡Ü A ball inside the body opens and closes as a result of the floats' weight     and buoyancy relevant to the water level
¡Ü Material of body is available in both nickel-plated brass or investment     cast stainless steel.

    Balem 411 is designed to be as hydraulic liquid level control valve in a reservoir. Its working principal is controling flow by a ball inside the body as float arm moves up and down against weight and buoyancy of water level. It is applicable at high pressure flow as it is opened and closed by rotation of ball.
    Its corrosion resistance and thermal resistance is excellent. Moreover, it is easy to carry and install.

¢º Principle of Operation

  

 ¡ß OPEN
  
 
 If water level becomes low in the reservoir, the lever comes down by the weight of floating ball and the ball of valve-room rotating by the lever opens the flow way.

 ¡ß CLOSE
   
  If water level becomes high in the reservoir, the lever comes up by the buoyancy of floating ball and the ball of valve-room rotating by the lever inside of valve closes the flow way. So highly pressurized liquid doesn't cause trouble in working.

- Substitution for under ground / roof top, low water level ball float control valves.
- Substitution for high and low levels control mechanical valves and electrodes.
- Various types of oil tank float control valves.

¢º Installation

 

- Refer to the standard piping diagram when installing this valve.
- Install near a manhole assembled with a union for ease of maintenance, repair, and testing.
- Before installation, finish to clean pipeline.
- An alarm system needs to be installed in monitoring room for early detection of malfunction.
- To prevent waves while filling, an induction tube with syphon braking hole must be installed.
- The valve has to be installed vertically to the main pipe line, and the length of induction tube must    be longer than H3. The induction tube is essential.
