   Balem 511 is a mechanical On /Off float control vavle, which enables to control high and low water level in the reservoir / tank.
   The range is 300mm( Min.) to 900mm(Max.) adjustable. Designed for use with the large Balem 431 & 441 type valve as a pilot valve, as well as on its own in a small tank. There are two models(Stainless Steel, Bronze) according to body materials.
    Refer to the standard piping[Fig-1] when it is installed. In case of using it as a Pilot Valve, refer to standard piping diagram. [Fig-2]
    But a stilling wall must be provided around the float if the liquid surface is subject to turbulence, ripples or wind.

¢º Applications

 

- Substitution for under ground / roof top, low water level ball float control valves.
- Substitution for high and low levels control mechanical valves and electrodes.
- Various types of oil tank float control valves.

  

 

¢º Installation

 

- Refer to the standard piping diagram when installing this valve.
- Install near a manhole assembled with a union for ease of maintenance, repair, and testing.
- Before installation, finish to clean pipeline.
- A alarm system needs to be installed in monitoring room for early detection of malfunction.
- To prevent waves while filling, an induction tube with syphon braking hole must be installed.
