   Balem 521 is a combination differential pressure hydraulic/mechanical type level control valve utilizing the buoyancy of the ballfloat and the system presure. Due to its simplicity it requires neither external energy sources nor additional mechanical assistance. The pilot style operation ensures tight shut off and high flow characteristics, is unaffected by relatively high pressures. Due to it¡¯s plastic construction it is both lightweight and corrosion resistant.

¢º Installation

 

1. Do not exposure the product to direct sunlight for an extended period time.
2. Refer to the standard piping diagram when installing the valve.
3. Before installation, finish to clean pipeline.
4. It is recommended to install a strainer to prevent malfunction of the valve due to foreign bodies    entering the valve.
5. The alarm receiver system needs to be installed in the monitoring room for early detection of     overflow.
6. Install the valve near the manhole for easy testing or repair.
7. Fit the valve to the pipe using the flats provided on the inlet of the body.
8. To prevent waves while filling, an induction tube with syphon barking hole must be installed.
